Life Stage Transitions
You may be in your college years or entering the second half of your life. It’s realistic to expect that each life stage can unsettle one’s emotions, previous held beliefs and roles. Painful recognition that one’s dreams have been shattered due to trauma, losses, and failed relationships destabilize us. Developing good self observing skills, mindfulness, mental flexibility and visiting old non-working patterns that call for re-decision or replacement will allow you to make sustainable life-giving adjustments. Unresolved or self limiting beliefs, even patterns of self sabotage can be let go so that you can progress and evolve into your most whole self. Lost or damaged parts of your true self can be retrieved and nurtured. You have the power to choose a new path when caught in painful circumstances that affirms the dignity of your humanity, granting you the solace of learning in new ways.
